Description Anusara Inspired – Anusara
means “To Flow with Grace” Using principles of
alignment and heart centered intention, we connect to
the greatest good! Leave feeling inspired, joyful and
very well exercised! Rest & Relax Take time for you! Gentle
poses invite you to take time to reflect. This class
offers balanced stretch and relaxation to give you
time to connect to yourself and safely explore peace
and tranquility in a positive and uplifting
environment. Quick lunch -A potpourri of poses to
stretch, strengthen and invigorate you on your lunch
break. 50 minutes, discounted price. All levels
welcome Beginner: New to yoga, stiff or for
those who have little flexibility or yoga expereience.
Emphasis is on learning the poses with proper
alignment and having fun as a community. All ages
welcome. Beginner Series - 4 class Series. Check
listing for dates. Also available for private groups
and office team building. For those
New to Yoga with no prior yoga experience. Special
pricing and dates apply. Restorative Yoga - relax and renew midweek
with breathing, meditation and a gentle yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Women Only! Just for the gals......focus
on female issues/ over 55 yrs. How yoga benefits us as
we step into our full potential with poise and grace.
Yoga Flow - One pose flows gracefully
to the next, no stopping. For those that want to
"move!" Level 1/2 - Deeper understanding of the
poses is emphasized. Some prior experience required. Level 2/3 – Explore the next level of poses and
