Lisa Bergquist has been taking yoga from Othene Munson for nearly ten years.  After having the good luck to stumble upon Othene’s wonderful class in a gym so many years ago, she was hooked!  Lisa completed the YTT 200 certification offered at The Center for Yoga in 2008 and is currently working on the 500 level.  She taught recreational yoga at Kennesaw State University, has co-hosted Family Fitness nights at her son’s school, and has taught a few yoga classes to children at Buffington Elementary, Avery Elementary, and The Hedge home school.  Currently she practices at TCFY and attends weekend seminars and classes to grow and nurture her own yoga experience.  She is also collaborating with her brother on a series of yoga books for children.

Angie Rogero fully committed to yoga after discovering Othene Munson and The Center For Yoga in Woodstock, Georgia, in 2004.  This studio is like no other!  By experiencing Othene's expert guidance of yoga's benefits and joys, Angie also found a love of sharing yoga through teaching.  After years of teaching and completing the 200-level Yoga Teacher Training, at The Center For Yoga, she now continues her studies in Othene's 500-level Teacher Training.  I truly believe that the greatest gift of yoga is passing it on to others.
