Our Next Yoga Sunday is:

September 19^th “Opening your heart and body with Grace”, with Othene.

Yoga Beach Trip 2010

Panama City Beach

Oct 14 – 17^th  (3 nights).

Includes:

“Welcome party”, 3 nights accommodation, all yoga with Othene, all taxes and fees, super fabulous company and lots of fun!!!

Not included:

$20 parking/wrist bands per vehicle

Oct 14^th 5pm “Welcome Party” – walk to dinner

Oct 15^th Beach walk, 9am – 10:30am yoga – free remainder of the day

Beginner Yoga 11am – 12pm (you can do this class in addition to, or instead of 9am class) – free remainder of the day

Oct 16^th Beach Walk, 10am – 11:30am yoga – free remainder of the day

Oct 17^th Beach Walk, 10am check out

Accommodations:

This year we will explore the east end of Panama City Beach, which offers us a host of options as far as restaurants and activities as well as the wonderful white beaches. On arrival at George Airport the group will be met by their Guide and transferred to the Protea Hotel Knysna Quays. A small community with, great shopping and oysters!!! Remainder of evening at leisure.

 Featherbed excursion, incl. lagoon cruise, trailer ride, nature walk and lunch.

Scenic drive to the wine region. Stops at local spots of intrest.  Buffet dinner included at the hotel

Wine & Chocolate tasting in the morning , lunch, more wine tasting and on to the Cheetah preserve. Anyone want to hug a Cheetah?  Continue to Cape Town.

Go to the top of Table Mountain , a City tour and on to Blouberg Strand to see the famous view of Table MT.
6:00pm: Farewll dinner at GOLD. Visit the Gold Museum, participate in a drumming circle and feast on a North Africa feast! (included)

Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour, incl. Seal Island Cruise, Cape Point where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, ride the Funicular to the top for the spectacular view! Lunch at the cafeteria on own.  A stop at the Penguins Colony – the cutest stop on the itinerary!  Sunset drinks and farewell to South Africa!
