CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Cancellations / Amendments are subject to the following conditions:
More
than
60 days prior to the tour’s arrival, the agent has the right to cancel
or amend
the tour, or commit themselves to the number of rooms required.
Between 60 days and 45 days prior to the tour's arrival a 25% of the
contracted
cost will be charged in lieu of reduction/cancellation fees.
Should a group reservation be cancelled or reduced 45 days prior to the
tour's
arrival, 100% of the contracted cost will be charged in lieu of
reduction/cancellation fees.
